The Role
RN is looking to hire a dedicated recruiter to build our global team across its three core business units:

  • Learning & Development
  • Scientific Services & Advisory
  • Medical Communications

Ideal candidates are exceptionally strong at building relationships with Senior Leaders and Managers alike, supporting specific customer groups with proven success meeting hiring needs. A strong fundamental understanding of the life sciences market with existing relationships at RN’s client partners (ie, large and small global pharma companies) is strongly preferred.

Strong Talent Acquisition Managers know both RN’s culture and its business inside and out, becoming an integral part of the team, and developing the instinct to identify top talent for RN. Success for this role means bringing a high level of energy, deep knowledge of talent attraction strategies, a data-driven mindset, and renowned level of relationship building.


  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including hiring manager engagement, development of recruiting strategies, screening candidates, processing job offers, and closing candidates
  • Actively source and maintain a diverse talent pipeline across all positions and RN divisions
  • Interact regularly with Hiring Managers and Leaders to develop a deep understanding of their needs and talent attraction strategies that align to business goals
  • Consult with internal stakeholders on formal interview processes and best practices to ensure alignment across teams and business units
  • Lead and deliver a best in class candidate experience
  • Leverage insights and data to drive results and continuous improvements
  • Build constructive and effective relationships inside and outside RN
  • Develop a deep understanding of RN’s company culture, products and services; ability to clearly articulate our impact on the life sciences industry and assist and identify candidates that align with our company mission and values
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with global recruiting partners when appropriate to assist with international recruiting efforts



  • Minimum of 2+ years in recruitment supporting specific customer groups
  • Experience recruiting and retaining talented team members in life sciences
  • Highly proficient in talent and HR systems (ATS, HCM, job boards) and how they work together
  • Exceptional communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture a strong talent pipeline of candidates
  • Self-starter with outstanding networking and sales skills
