Red Nucleus is looking for a new Sourcing Specialist to support our global teams. This position can be based out of any of our US-offices or full-time remote.

The Role
RN is looking to hire a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to build our global team across its three core business units:

  • Learning & Development
  • Scientific Services & Advisory
  • Medical Communications


Strong Sourcing Specialists know both RN’s culture and its business inside and out, becoming an integral part of the HR team, and developing the instinct to identify top talent for RN. Success for this role means bringing a high level of energy, deep knowledge of talent attraction and sourcing strategies, a data-driven mindset, and renowned level of relationship building.


Responsibilities

  • Actively source and maintain a diverse talent pipeline across all positions and RN divisions
  • Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the hiring process and ensure all candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market
  • Develop a deep understanding of RN’s company culture, products and services; ability to clearly articulate our impact on the life sciences industry and assist and identify candidates that align with our company mission and values
  • Identify and drive process improvements which impact global recruiting, candidates, and clients
  • Proactively network for referrals that will identify additional talent across the organization
  • Assist with the prescreening and delivery of active and interested candidates to the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key talent markets and supported business
  • Maintain sourcing databases to ensure all data is captured, updated and reported properly
  • Interact regularly with Hiring Managers and Leadership to develop a deep understanding of their needs and talent attraction strategies that align to business goals
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with global recruiting partners when appropriate to assist with international recruiting efforts

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years creating and executing sourcing strategies for a variety of positions and geographic locations
  • Experience recruiting talented team members in life sciences preferred
  • Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media platforms and strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pool
    • E.g, web-based applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, internet search engines
  • Exceptional communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture a strong talent pipeline of candidates
  • Self-starter with outstanding networking skills
