RN is looking to hire a dedicated recruiter to build our global team across its three core business units:
Ideal candidates are exceptionally strong at building relationships with Senior Leaders and Managers alike, supporting specific customer groups with proven success meeting hiring needs. A strong fundamental understanding of the life sciences market with existing relationships at RN’s client partners (ie, large and small global pharma companies) is strongly preferred.
Strong Talent Acquisition Managers know both RN’s culture and its business inside and out, becoming an integral part of the team, and developing the instinct to identify top talent for RN. Success for this role means bringing a high level of energy, deep knowledge of talent attraction strategies, a data-driven mindset, and renowned level of relationship building.
